Nicole Richie is currently on the cover of the UK issue of Marie Claire, and she looks amazing!!



Nicole rocks her stunning brunette locks on the cover.

Nicole uses the issue to put a stop once and for all to all those eating disorder rumors.

I felt it was a little unfair to say someone has an eating disorder when they don't," she tells the mag. "It's extremely insulting and irresponsible. An eating disorder is serious and it's a disease. I think when you see me in person, you see that I'm, like, five foot one - I'm a small person. When I was heavier, everyone said I was too heavy. You can't win in the public eye and I find it really hard. So I ignore it now, I really do."

On January 22nd Nicole Richie was spotted leaving a business meeting in LA.

The weather in LA has been very dreary and cold lately, but Nicole's outfit just looks perfect!




Who knew pink and blue went together so well?

February 15th is the date that the Winter Kate Apparel Line hits stores. Mid March is when the shoe line will be released.

On January 19th Nicole and Joel stepped out in Studio City, California to grab a sushi lunch without Harlow or Sparrow.






How amazing is Nicole's Coat? It must be absolutely freezing in LA!

On January 18th Larry King hosted a telethon “Haiti: How You Can Help Now” on cnn.

It was a star studded event with celebrities in attendance including Nicole Richie, Joel Madden, Jennifer Lopez, Paula Abdul, Jared Leto, Ben Stiller, Christina Slater, Ryan Seacrest and Molly Sims.

Nicole Richie attends The Art of Elysium

Nicole Richie was spotted at the Art of Elysium's 3rd Annual Black Tie "Heaven" Charity Gala on Saturday (January 16th) in California.



Nicole wore a stunning Eltro printed long sleeve wrap dress. She accessorized with her stunning Gucci red clutch.






Also Nicole took to twitter today to announce:
